These Terms of Service apply to alveriiss.com and the store features, content, accounts, and services made available through it. The site is operated by Xiamen Angou Suda Network Technology Co., Ltd., trading as Alveriiss. References to we, us, or our mean that company.
Please review these terms before using the store or making a purchase. The Terms of Purchase, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy also apply to the matters they address. Our ecommerce platform is provided by Shopify. Nothing here excludes consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
1. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You must have the legal capacity required to enter the transaction you place. Use the website only for lawful purposes and with accurate information. You may not engage in fraud, abuse checkout or promotions, introduce harmful code, access accounts without permission, disrupt the website, or infringe another person's rights.

If you use an account, keep its details current and safeguard the credentials. Notify service@alveriiss.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You remain responsible for information you intentionally submit, but this does not remove any duties we have concerning security or unauthorized transactions under applicable law.

We aim to keep descriptions, availability, and prices accurate. Screen settings can affect the appearance of colors, and minor display differences may occur. These observations do not justify supplying a product materially different from its description.
If a listing contains an obvious error or an item cannot be supplied, we may correct the information and contact affected customers. We will not charge a higher price for an accepted purchase without agreement. Where an order must be cancelled, collected payment for the cancelled goods will be refunded.

Checkout shows the currency, payment methods, product charges, applicable shipping, and taxes collected by us. Review that total before payment. You must be authorized to use the selected payment method. Orders can be reviewed for payment verification, availability, delivery eligibility, or suspected fraud. 6. Shipping
We currently serve eligible U.S. addresses. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated total delivery is 10-15 business days from ordering, including processing and transit. Standard shipping is free at $39.97 or more; charges below that amount appear at checkout. 7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Eligible goods may be returned within 180 calendar days after delivery, with covered return shipping and no restocking fee for qualifying returns. Contact us for authorization and the correct return address. Approved return refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receipt and inspection.
Request changes or cancellations promptly, preferably before processing. They are not assured after preparation begins. The Return Policy explains these procedures and preserves additional rights concerning dispatch delays, faulty goods, and other mandatory protections.
8. Intellectual Property
Website content may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights belonging to the company or relevant rights holders. You may use the website for ordinary personal shopping. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an accepted purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted.
